10.29 Tragedy Group Sessions

You&Me is offering four 2-hour group sessions to assist individuals who are being affected by the 10.29 Tragedy.  Individuals invited to attend ONE of four sessions.  

This group is not for someone who is suffering significantly from the tragedy. If you feel like you are not functioning well (completing basic daily tasks), you may need more advanced support than this group.
