Intake Process
Step 1 Complete the Application Form
Click the "Schedule Appointment" button and fill out the application form based on the service you are seeking.
Step 2
Contact From Our Intake Coordinator
Our intake coordinator will contact you via phone or email within 3-5 business days to arrange a pre-session online interview and your first therapy appointment.
Step 3
Pre-Session Online Interview
(Not required for Speech-Language Therapy)
For online counseling services, a pre-session online interview is required. Please note that if online counseling is determined not to be an appropriate option for your situation, counseling services may not proceed.
Step 4
Appointment Confirmation
Your online appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received prior to the start of each therapy session.
Step 5
Begin Counseling
By accessing the link provided via email, you will be able to participate in online therapy sessions conveniently and securely from anywhere.
