You & Me is committed to supporting and enhancing your health and wellness by providing comprehensive and holistic mental health services.  Our therapists have been trained in the US, France, & Korea. We recognize the complexity of navigating life in Korea and are committed to providing services that are tailored to fit each client’s needs. We strive to assist you by providing support during difficult times, providing advocacy when needed, facilitating problem resolution, enhancing coping skills, promoting personal growth, and supporting academic/professional success. We celebrate diversity, creativity, flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability.

We come from a variety of backgrounds:  Counseling Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Licensed Social Workers, Music/Art Therapists.

1. We are genuinely interested in your story. We practice active listening. We affirm and celebrate your different identities. (e.g., age, sexual/gender identity, religion, social status, career)
2. We do not misuse the authority that is given to us. Effective counseling is about resolving problems together. True change happens when a healthy relationship is developed. We do our best to create a safe environment for you to have a different experience with us.
3. We engage in counseling with appropriate clinical knowledge. We also actively engage in continuing education to ensure our professional and clinical efficacy.
4. We uphold the highest level of ethical standards. We remain committed to the practice of psychology as determined by the ethical code of the Korean Psychological Association. Confidentiality will be ensured.
