At You&Me, we believe that mental health does not exist in isolation.
Every person is shaped by family, culture, language, community, and the relationships that surround them. When we focus only on symptoms, we often miss the larger picture of a person's life.
That is why we approach psychological care differently.
We strive to create an environment where people can safely explore who they are, make sense of their experiences, and develop the capacity to move forward with greater resilience and connection.
We are equally committed to developing the professionals who provide care.
Through clinical supervision, consultation, continuing education, and multidisciplinary training programs, we invest in therapists, educators, healthcare professionals, and organizations so they can provide thoughtful, culturally responsive, and evidence-informed services within their own communities.
We also believe that every member of a mental health organization contributes to the quality of care. Therapists, administrators, coordinators, and support staff each play an essential role in creating environments where people feel respected, understood, and safe.
YOU&ME Psychological and Counseling Services (YPCS) was established by Dr. MinJung (MJ) Doh, a US-licensed psychologist, to provide effective, culturally sensitive, and accessible psychotherapy.
We recognize the complexity of navigating life and are committed to providing services tailored to fit each client's unique needs. We affirm and respect our clients across all genders, races, sexual orientations, and cultural or religious backgrounds. We strive to assist you by offering support during difficult times, advocating for you when needed, facilitating problem resolution, enhancing coping skills, promoting personal growth, and supporting academic or professional success.
Our therapists have been trained in the US, France, and Korea. We come from a variety of backgrounds: Counseling Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Licensed Social Workers, Music and Art Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists.
We warmly welcome Korean, English, French, and Chinese-speaking individuals who are motivated to grow and address their mental health difficulties or relationship goals through therapy. In addition to psychotherapy, we offer comprehensive psychological assessments and dedicated speech-language therapy in both English and Korean.
Our commitment is to clinical excellence, cultural humility, and lifelong learning—not only for ourselves, but for everyone who becomes part of our community.
Because healthier individuals create healthier relationships.
Healthier relationships strengthen healthier families.
Healthier families build stronger communities.
And stronger communities create a healthier world.
We are genuinely interested in your story. We practice active listening. We affirm and celebrate
your different identities. (e.g., age, sexual/gender identity, religion, social status, career)

We do not misuse the authority that is given to us. Effective counseling is about resolving problems together.
True change happens when a healthy relationship is developed. We do our best to create
a safe environment for you to have a different experience with us.

We engage in counseling with appropriate clinical knowledge.
We also actively engage in continuing education to ensure our professional and clinical efficacy.

We uphold the highest level of ethical standards. We remain committed to the practice of psychology
as determined by the ethical code of the Korean Psychological Association. Confidentiality will be ensured.
