Intake and Assessment Process
Step 1 Complete the Application Form
Click the "Schedule Appointment" button and fill out the application form based on the service you are seeking.
Step 2
Contact From Our Intake Coordinator
Our intake coordinator will contact you via phone or email within 3-5 business days to arrange your psychological assessment schedule.
Step 3
Initial Interview and Assessments Begin
Have an intial interview with the examiner. Then the assessment list will be decided. Complete all the assessments.
Step 4
Initial Debrief Session
Once all assessments are completed and the results are analyzed, the debrief session takes place to review the results with the client.
Please note: It takes approx. one month from the completion of all assessments till the debrief session.
Step 5
Psychological Report Sent
After the debrief session, the finalized psychological report is sent to the client.
Please note: This may take upto one week for internal reviews to be conducted on the report before sending it out. Additionally, psychological reports may or may not be provided based on the assessment list)
