"It is in relation to others that we learn how to navigate the world—this is my belief upon which my approach to therapy is grounded. I deeply value the importance of exploring each individual’s unique world view as well. Our session will be spent on understanding your relationships with friends, family, co-workers. This also means that sessions will be focused on your relationship with yourself oftentimes. I will help you direct attention to your internal dialogues and stay observant of unhealthy self-criticism or harsh judgement. I would like to show you that the journey of therapy can be comfortable and emotionally safe."

"I believe it is important to develop emotional flexibility to become more fully engage in our lives. As a therapist, I utilize a collaborative approach to help the client explore their thought patterns and the relationship with their own feelings, deepen their self-understanding, and promote self-acceptance and greater emotional flexibility. I also enjoy helping clients to understand how psychological factors significantly influence their health, including physical illness and stress, and aid them in coping with the impact of medical issues in their daily lives. Gaining access to thought patterns and a broader range of feelings can be a difficult task, so I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment in which clients feel comfortable exploring their beliefs, behaviors, and feelings. Also, I value goals identified by the clients and collaboratively developing a treatment plan."
